Lap Endo Fusion 2013 – First 3D Laparoscopic Surgery Conference in Asia was held at Gokulam Park, Kaloor Kochi.
The 2 Days conference was Managed and Executed by Executive Events.
Around 300 Surgeons from India and Abroad participated in the medical event and around 41 Urological Surgery procedures were demonstrated.
There was an Optical Fiber 3D transmission from PVS Hospital to Gokulam Park Convention Center at Kochi. PVS Hospital has the first 3D Laparoscop Installation in India.
This is for the first time in Asia where a live 3D telecast of the surgery to a convention Centre is done.
All the Delegates had the special 3D glass to view the surgery in specially designed screens.
The arrangement at the Convention Center was a 2 way AV communication system from Hospital to Hall and vice-versa.
Dr George P Abraham headed the conference and this was a true landmark event in the Medical Event Management history of Executive Events.
